As COO and Head of Asset Management, Phillip is responsible for strategic advisory, planning and execution of operating plans to ensure Core’s capabilities are on an accelerated growth path across all service divisions, and to maximise the overall economic value of the company and the companies he performs consultancy work for.
Phillip holds a BSc, MHA and MBA qualifications and has over 25 years’ experience in asset, property and facility management working with renowned developers, government entities and financial institutions. Phillip has effectively overseen a varied portfolio of residential, mixed-use, commercial properties and hospitality assets in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Oman and his invaluable consulting advice ensures that our clients’ properties are efficiently managed.
In 2014 he founded Zawaya Realty LLC, a Noor Bank Groupsubsidiary, where he was Chief Executive Officer, based in Dubai. In the CEO role, he was responsible for a real estate portfolio of over AED 3 billion.
Prior to that, Phillip was with Dubai World from 2007 to 2013, where he managed DMCCA’s Jumeirah Lakes Towers mixed property asset portfolio to augment its financial and operating performance plus ensure that investment properties and infrastructure met client expectations. In this role he also established DMCCA’s Facilities Management company Concordia LLC in 2007 and supported all Nakheel Asset Management Master Communities in 2009.
