David, joins Core with a wealth of experience in Real Estate and Investment Advisory, Brokerage, Asset Management and Property Management across Emerging Markets.
Prior to his current role, David successfully held the position of CEO Russia whereby he grew the NAI operations from an office with 25 employees at the time to 1,900, covering 9 cities across Eastern Europe and the CIS. David also held the position of Chairman for the Europe Middle-East Africa members board at NAI and was a member of the Global Leadership board, where he was advising on emerging markets. He then joined the international team in 2014 as VP and Managing Director - international license sales, where he was responsible for all new international office license sales and on-boardings.
Having started his career in the treasury department of Caisse d'Epargne (the largest French savings bank), he then worked with AXA IM in the product development department in Paris before moving to Russia.
David holds a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance (Hons) from the University of Paris I, Sorbonne; a Bachelors Degree in Economics (Hons) and a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy and Formal Logics.
In 2012 and 2013 David was a finalist for the ‘Commercial Real Estate Person of the Year award’ in Moscow. As such, he was named and elected as one of the top 7 most influential real estate professionals in Moscow. In the same period, he was also ranked in the top 100 most influential personalities of the real estate industry in Russia.
David was presented with the President’s Award by NAI Global for his role in Russia and the EMEA region in 2012, and the Global Vision Award in 2013 for his contribution to the global development of NAI. He was finalist in these categories in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
With extensive knowledge of international real estate markets, Edward began his real estate career in 1997 in Sydney, Australia, prior to relocating to London in 2003 to work with Savills PLC.
At Savills, he was involved in the sales and marketing of a number of landmark developments in prime Central London. In 2005, he moved to Dubai with responsibility for the sales and marketing of the Bonnington Hotel residences in JLT, the success of which lead to his involvement in the project marketing of a number of mixed use developments, with a combined value of AED 1.8 billion. During this period Edward was also involved in brokerage transactions in excess of AED 650 million.
Edward went on to co-found CORE Commercial in 2008 (now Core Real Estate). As Managing Director and an expert in UAE property, he has overseen the growth of the company and was responsible for the development of its various divisions. With a real estate career spanning 17 years and three continents, Edward has developed an extensive global network and a unique client mix. As such, he was instrumental in building Core Real Estate's partnership with Savills and the firm in now the global leader's chosen associate for the UAE.
David began his real estate career in Sydney, Australia where he received his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Property Economics from the University of Western Sydney
David entered the UAE working with Dubai Properties, a semi government real estate developer, responsible for master community developments. During his time there, he established Dubai Properties' auction house, which was responsible for sales of more than AED 1 billion. David was also involved with corporate sales and the strategic development of Business Bay before joining H&H Investments and Developments, where he was oversaw the ongoing sales and leasing of a five million sq. ft. mixed-use portfolio.
In 2008, David co-founded CORE Commercial and has since been involved in the leasing of more than two million square feet of commercial space in Dubai, with property sales surpassing AED 1.5 billion. With strong local networks and client relationships across the UAE, David is the first port of call for many of the emirate's most influential commercial property investors and landlords.
A seasoned Dubai real estate professional and commercial manager, Joel is the Director at Core's DMCC office, taking a strategic role in leading the firm’s expert Sales & Leasing team within the Jumeirah Lake Towers free zone.
With a comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market and business strategy, the Australian joined Core from the FTSE 250 company, Regus Group PLC, having led the global corporate real estate group’s regional business as Area Director.
Under Joel’s leadership, the team at Regus maintained a plus 90 percent occupancy rate, with a 100 percent client satisfaction score across a diverse corporate client base. Joel’s corporate clients included; Apple, Bloomberg, Booz Allen Hamilton, Conoco Philips, DLA Piper, Delloitte, Deutsche Bank, Discovery Channel, EBay, Erriccson, Estée Lauder, Ford Motor Company, Fujitsu, Go Pro, Groupon and Hasbro, among others.
Joel is a highly skilled commercial real estate broker and advisor, with the ability to reduce commercial real estate costs by providing bespoke, efficient and flexible workplace solutions to his clients.
Manisha is a globally experienced real estate professional, whose knowledge extends to luxury sales, business development, marketing and property investment consultancy. A polished sales professional, Manisha began her real estate career in Toronto, Canada under her family's boutique real estate brokerage before taking on the Gulf markets in 2005 as Head of Projects with Better Homes, overseeing the sales and marketing strategies of several major developments in Dubai.
Throughout her career in Dubai, Manisha has achieved approximately AED 600 million in off-plan sales. She has also held the position as Head of Acquisitions and Exits for a UAE focused real estate investment fund where she employed opportunistic investment strategies to deliver excellent returns for investors.
As Head of Projects, Manisha provides a comprehensive sales and marketing service to clients in the UAE, GCC and throughout the world.
